We believe through cycling we have the power to transform the world and it starts with FUN.

We are continuing to build the Best of the Best cycling team ever - the Eliel Factory Team (EFT) - and while it is a team we think of the EFT as a movement...

It's a diverse group of stars of all stripes with a wide variety of cycling personalities among our ranks. But there's a common connection we all share at Eliel... riding a bike has captured our imagination. Whether it was the newfound freedom, the exhilaration, the unmatched thrill of riding fast in a group, coasting, climbing or all of the above, the passion was ignited in us through the sheer FUN of it all.

Bikes changed our lives for the better and now we want to share that FUN with the world through our engaged activist network of riders - our movement. Our mission is to create a better world by making cycling more welcoming, more comfortable, more stylish, and most importantly, more FUN - and the best way for us to share our message is though our engaged EFT.

This year, our aim is to capture the joyfulness of riders accross all stripes of our community and build the most engaged team in the U.S.; inspired cyclists bringing others along for the ride. We want to embolden the people who make our lifestyle and our brand so colorful and vibrant. We welcome riders of all kinds - mountain, road, gravel, cross, BMX, commuter, coffee shop connoisseur, and more - and all ages, colors, sizes, and genders. Nobody is too fast or too slow, too old or too young, too in or out of shape to find joy in riding a bicycle, and the EFT is built on a shared celebration of this joy.

Of course, you can belong to other clubs or teams and still be a part of the EFT movement. We want Stars of all Stripes to join us.
