Twelve years ago, we stitched our first custom kit. We had no idea how many teams, how many roads, how many early-morning rides, and how many hard-earned victories would follow.

What we did know—and what you showed us over and over again—is that the gear a team wears matters. It tells a story. It builds identity. It creates belonging.

You trusted us with that story, and we are deeply and genuinely grateful.

After much thought, we have decided to temporarily suspend our custom team apparel program while we take time to reset, reimagine, and improve how the program is built for the future.

This is not the end of the journey for Eliel Custom. Custom team apparel has been an important part of Eliel for the past 12 years, and we are incredibly grateful to every team, club, shop, event, and cycling community that has trusted us with their gear. Seeing your teams wear Eliel on the road, trail, and racecourse has meant a great deal to us.

We are offering this window because we currently have the materials and production time available to support a limited number of final custom orders.

Once that capacity is filled—or once the September 15 deadline has passed—we will pause accepting new custom orders while we focus on rebuilding the program for the future.

What This Means for Custom Customers

• Current custom customers may place a final 2026 bulk order or complete an existing web store order by September 15, 2026.
• New customers who are already in our process will continue to receive support as we complete their orders, with a completion deadline of September 15, 2026.
• All final orders will be confirmed based on available materials, production capacity, and our ability to deliver the order in 2026.
• Eliel Custom order policies will apply to all confirmed orders.
  
  

The Road Ahead

During this time, Eliel is also moving forward with excitement and focus on our direct-to-consumer line, new collection drops, product innovation, the Eliel Factory Team, and our new Eliel retail store in Encinitas, newly titled “The Den.”

We hope you will continue to ride with us on this journey and join us for what comes next.
