Returns & Exchanges

 All items must be returned within 30 Days, unworn, unwashed and in their original packing. Returns and exchanges will be processed within five business days. (Returns/exchanges that do not come with the completed form may take longer.)

Due to the nature of custom orders, they can not be returned or exchanged. All custom orders are final once placed.

To process a return

    1. Please complete the form on the back of your packing slip (Print a new form here).

    2. After completing the form please use the prepaid return label included in your order (returns outside of the 48 states are returned at the customers expense). Download a new label here.

    3. Box and send back return/exchange. To schedule a pick up for your return please visit FedEx website at:

Items not eligible for return/exchange: All sale items and custom items are final and can not be returned or exchanged. Limited edition collections (pre-sale collections) that are made specifically for your order are not eligible for return or exchange.

The fastest way to receive different items for an exchange is to make a new purchase with the items you're seeking and send back the first purchase for a full refund. Once we receive the items back in-house, we'll process the order and send email confirmations.
