We want you to love your Eliel gear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.
Return Window
Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging intact.
All returns and exchanges are inspected upon arrival and typically processed within five (5) business days. Refunds may take an additional 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your banking institution.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
- Sale items
- Custom team apparel
- All custom orders are final once placed
- Limited edition or pre-sale collections made specifically for your order
These items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Log in to your Eliel Account and navigate to your order history.
- Select the order you’d like to return or exchange and follow the prompts to begin the process.
- If requesting an exchange, please note this during the return submission.
Need it fast?
The quickest way to receive a different size or item is to place a new order for the replacement and return the original item for a full refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange and send a confirmation email.
