Shipping/Ordering

How Do I Qualify for Free Shipping?

Free ground shipping applies to all orders $100 or more within the contiguous United States. This offer is based on the merchandise subtotal before any promo discounts, taxes or additional charges. Eliel Cycling has the right to change this offer at any time. Shipments exceeding weight limits of either 5lbs or 640 cubic dimensions may be sent via FedEx Ground. We reserve the right to change shipping carriers on orders with free shipping.

Please note custom team orders do not qualify for free shipping. 

Can I expedite my shipping?

Orders shipping free of charge are sent via USPS Priority Mail and cannot be upgraded to express unless otherwise selected and paid for at checkout. Eliel offers Expedited shipping through FedEx. Orders with express shipping must be placed by 1:00pm Pacific Time (Los Angeles time zone) in order to be shipped out same day. Orders placed after 1:00pm PT will be shipped out the next business day. This option is nonrefundable if placed after 1:00pm PT.

Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we ship to both PO boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Such orders will be shipped via USPS and cannot be expedited. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

What is the status of my order?

Once placed, orders are processed in 1-2 business days and shipped promptly after. You will receive email updates with tracking information once your order has shipped.

If you have setup an account, simply click on the “Login” link at the top of every page of our site. Here, you will be able to view and track your order history. If you checked out as a guest, you will be sent automatic email updates when your order ships. How long will it be before I receive my order?

With standard shipping, you should receive your order within 2-5 business days. We are located in Southern California and ship via FedEx Express for orders of $100 or more meeting the weight and dimensions restrictions mentioned in our shipping guidelines unless otherwise selected. Please allow additional time for APO/FPO addresses and international orders.

The item I want isn't available. When will it come back in stock?

The best way to get notified when the item you are looking for is replenished is to sign up for back in stock notifications on the product page. When the item becomes available, you will get an automated email letting you know. Some items will always be replenished and some items are seasonal, which means they are only available for a limited time.


International

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, select your country at checkout and choose a shipping option presented. Please keep in mind that Eliel does not offer free shipping for any international orders. Please view our full International Shipping Policies.

What are the taxes and duties on international shipments?

Customs/Duty fees are set by the destination country and are determined by the products and value of your order. Eliel Cycling does not make any profit from these costs, these are government regulations of the destination country. It is the sole responsibility of the recipient to cover these costs. These fees are not paid at checkout.


Returns/Exchanges

What's your return/exchange policy?

Items are only eligible for return/exchange as long as they have been unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging within the first 30 days of receipt. Custom items and sale items are final and can not not be returned or exchanged. Please view our Returns/Exchanges page for full details.

How do I make an exchange?

Making an exchange is easy. Exchange items are subject to the same requirements as return items. Please review our complete Returns/Exchange policy to get started on your exchange.


Warranty and Repair

Can you repair my garment?

If any Eliel gear fails due to a manufacturing or material defect we will repair or replace the item at no extra charge, for the original owner, up to one year from the purchase date. The Eliel Repair Service does not cover any damage or product failures resulting from normal extended wear, improper care, or crashing.
