At Eliel, we’re committed to making your experience smooth from first click to final mile. Some items in our store may be available as subscriptions or pre-orders. Here’s what to expect, and how to make changes if needed.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you’re signing up for repeat deliveries based on the defined schedule, whether that’s monthly, quarterly, or annually.
Your payment method will be stored securely, and you’ll be charged automatically for each delivery. Some subscriptions may auto-renew when the term ends. If you'd prefer not to renew, you can cancel at any time.
Managing your subscription is easy, just use the link in your order confirmation email to update or cancel, or login to your account on elielcycling.com and access memberships.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders let you reserve upcoming or currently out-of-stock gear before it officially drops. Depending on the product, we may collect full payment, a deposit, or no charge at checkout. Your payment method may be stored and charged later when the product is ready to ship.
Please note: Once you place a pre-order for custom apparel, your order cannot be changed or canceled after the pre-order window has closed and the gear has entered production. This ensures we can deliver your custom kit on time and with the highest quality.
If your pre-order has not yet entered production, you may still cancel or modify it.
