Return & Repair Policy

Due to the nature of custom orders, they can not be returned or exchanged. All orders are final once placed. 

All items must be returned within 30 Days, unworn, unwashed and in their original packing. Returns and exchanges will be processed within five business days. (Returns/exchanges that do not come with the completed form may take longer.)

To process a return

  1. Please complete the on the back of your packing slip (to find a new form click here).
  2. After completing the form use the prepaid label included in your packaging within the 48 states (returns outside of the 48 states are returned at the customers expense).

  3. Box and send back return/exchange. 

Items not eligible for return/exchange: All sale items and custom items are final and can not be returned or exchanged. Limited edition collections (pre-sale collections) that are made specifically for your order are not eligible for return or exchange. 

The fastest way to receive different items for an exchange is to make a new purchase with the items you're seeking and send back the first purchase for a full refund. When we receive the items back from you we'll process the full refund. 

Repairs or warranty

Be sure to print and fully complete repair form found here (Click Here). Gear returned for repair must include name, address and contract information inside the box. This way we’ll know to look for your gear and return it promptly. All returned gear must be completely clean & dry when returning.
