Eliel Cycling is seeking a positive, dependable, and customer-focused team member to help support the daily experience of our customers both online and in person.
This role combines customer experience, showroom support, ecommerce fulfillment, and general operational assistance. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active throughout the day, and being part of a passionate cycling community.
While experience is helpful, we're primarily looking for the right person. Attitude, reliability, work ethic, and a genuine passion for helping others are far more important to us than a specific resume.

Eliel is a premium cycling apparel brand based in Encinitas, California, built by cyclists for people who genuinely love riding bikes.
We're a small team that believes exceptional customer experiences are just as important as exceptional products. Every interaction—whether it's helping a customer find the right jersey, answering a sizing question, processing an order, or supporting an event—helps shape how people experience our brand.
This is a hands-on position where no two days look exactly the same. One day may involve helping customers in the showroom, while the next could include packing orders, preparing for an event, organizing inventory, or supporting a warehouse sale.

Core Responsibilities
Customer Experience
- Assist customers in-store, online, and over the phone
- Answer questions about products, sizing, orders, and policies
- Support exchanges, returns, and warranty inquiries
- Deliver a friendly, professional, and welcoming customer experience
- Represent the Eliel brand with positivity and professionalism
- Retail & Showroom Support
- Assist customers with product selection and fit recommendations
- Maintain showroom organization, cleanliness, and presentation
- Restock merchandise and organize displays
- Support showroom events, warehouse sales, and community gatherings
- Help create a welcoming environment for riders and visitors
Fulfillment & Operations Support
- Pick, pack, and ship ecommerce orders accurately and efficiently
- Help organize inventory and fulfillment areas
- Receive, sort, and organize incoming product
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization
- Support warehouse sale preparation and event setup
- Help ensure operational areas remain clean, organized, and efficient

Preferred Experience
Experience is helpful but not required.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Retail experience
- Customer service experience
- Ecommerce or fulfillment experience
- Familiarity with Shopify or ecommerce platforms
- Knowledge of cycling apparel, equipment, or cycling culture
- Participation in cycling, endurance sports, or outdoor activities
Position Details
Location: Encinitas, California
Schedule: Full-Time
Work Environment: In-person at Eliel Headquarters and Showroom
Availability: Some weekend availability preferred for events, warehouse sales, and showroom activities.
