Eliel Cycling is seeking a highly organized, personable, and proactive Custom Outreach & Coordinator to help grow and support our custom apparel business.

This role sits at the center of the customer experience, helping guide custom projects from first conversation through final delivery. You'll work closely with teams, clubs, events, businesses, artists, and production partners to ensure projects move forward smoothly, communication remains strong, and customers receive the premium experience Eliel is known for.

Success in this role comes from communication, organization, follow-through, and the ability to keep multiple projects moving at once.

Eliel Cycling is a premium cycling apparel brand based in Encinitas, California, specializing in high-performance custom and direct-to-consumer cycling apparel.

We're passionate about cycling, community, design, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As we continue to grow our custom apparel program, we're looking for someone who can help strengthen customer relationships, support new opportunities, and ensure projects move efficiently from concept to completion.

Because we're a small team, everyone contributes directly to the work. This is a hands-on role that requires adaptability, accountability, and a willingness to take ownership of customer communication and project coordination.

Core Responsibilities

Customer Communication & Relationship Management

  • Communicate with existing and prospective customers through phone, email, and virtual meetings
  • Re-engage past customers and maintain long-term relationships
  • Serve as a primary point of contact throughout the custom apparel process
  • Answer questions, provide updates, and ensure customers remain informed
  • Address customer concerns professionally and proactively
  • Escalate complex situations when necessary

Sales & Opportunity Management

  • Help customers understand Eliel's custom apparel program and product offerings
  • Guide teams and organizations through ordering options and timelines
  • Prepare quotes and organize project requirements
  • Assist with onboarding new custom accounts
  • Maintain visibility and organization of opportunities within CRM systems
  • Support business growth through relationship development and consistent follow-up

Project & Account Coordination

  • Coordinate with artists during the design and approval process
  • Monitor project progress and communication timelines
  • Ensure artwork approvals, revisions, and customer feedback continue moving forward
  • Identify stalled projects or potential issues early
  • Help keep projects organized, accurate, and on schedule
  • Coordinate communication between customers, artists, production, and leadership

CRM & Administrative Organization

  • Maintain detailed CRM notes and communication history
  • Organize follow-up schedules and customer touchpoints
  • Track opportunities through various stages of the sales pipeline
  • Support forecasting and reporting visibility for management
  • Ensure customer records remain accurate, organized, and actionable

Position Details

Location: Encinitas, California
Schedule: Full-Time
Work Environment: Primarily in-office with regular customer communication and cross-functional collaboration.
