What about bikes brings you joy?

The ability to explore different places. Whether it be flat or hilly, far or near. Cycling just gives me that peace after a long day at work. It helps me forget things or instances that didn't go well. It gives me time to reflect on it and how to go about it. Setting training goals, achieving them and making PR's!

What are your goals for the future? On and off the bike...

Ruth's Story

I'm a Radiographer by profession and cycling was never on my radar. I've only come to know about it through my friend. I started cycling in early 2017 to cope for losing my Dad. Since then, cycling has become a part of my routine. It helps me refocus whenever I get in difficult situations. It helps me clear my mind and think straight.
