Repair Service

If any Eliel gear fails due to a manufacturing or material defect Eliel will repair or replace the gear at no charge, for the original owner, for up to one year from the purchase date. The Eliel Repair Service does not include product failures resulting from normal extended wear, improper care, or crashing. This includes damage from saddles with embroidery, saddlebag and glove velcro, jersey zippers wearing on shorts, over stuffing pockets, etc.

Please send all gear directly to us at the address below. We request that gear returned for repair or replacement be washed, cleaned and completely dry. Eliel will not handle any garments that do not meet these requirements. Damp or wet items will be discarded due to health concerns for our team. Eliel does not cover or refund any shipping costs.

Eliel will repair or replace gear at Eliel's discretion. Repairs are usually completed and returned within a week after receiving.

  1. Please complete the returns form to ensure we know exactly how to repair your garment and where to ship it back (click here for downloadable).
  2. Box and send back return/exchange.

Gear returned to Eliel must include name, address and contract information inside the box. Items shipped to Eliel without this information may be discarded.
