Free Shipping Rules
Free ground shipping applies to all orders $50 or more. This offer is based on the merchandise subtotal before any promo discounts, taxes or additional charges. elielcycling.com has the right to change this offer at any time. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and outside of the US do not qualify for free shipping.
Q: Can I expedite my shipping?
A: As part of a special promotion, we offer free ground shipping on all orders over $50. This promotion is available only if shipping to a location within the 48 contiguous US states serviced by FedEx (for example, it is not available if shipping to a PO box).
Eliel offers 2nd day air shipping. Orders are shipped via 2nd Day Air Service through FedEx. Note, these orders must be placed by 1:00pm pacific time (Los Angeles time zone) in order to be shipped out same day. Orders placed after 1:00pmPT will be shipped out the next business day. This option is nonrefundable if placed after 1:00pmPT and shipped the next business day.
Q: Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
A: Yes, we ship to both PO boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
Q: How do you handle international orders?
A: Select the proper country at checkout for up to date shipping rates. Free shipping or reduced shipping offers are not available for international orders (or orders outside the continental USA). Eliel is not responsible for lost international packages after the package leaves the United States.
Q. What are the taxes and duties on international shipments?
A: Taxes and duties are set by the destination country and determined by the products included in your order. Our brand does not make any profit from these costs, these are government regulations of the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the person completing the order.
Q: What do you charge for standard shipping?
A: Our standard 4 to 5 business-day shipping is free on orders over $50.00. We do offer expedited shipping for a fee. All other standard orders are 15.00 to ship in the US.
Eliel Cycling is not responsible for any item that has been delivered but not received by the customer. If the item has been shipped to the address indicated by the customer, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items. The customer must contact the carrier with the provided shipping information and work directly with the carrier. We will work with customers to resolve incorrect shipments when Eliel Cycling is at fault.
Q: What is the status of my order?
A: Your order status will be available 24 hours after your order has been placed. Simply click on the “My Account” link at the top of every page of our site, and you will be able to view information about your order, If you checked out as a guest this info will not be available, you will need to call our customer service help line (760-479-6295) or send us and email to email@example.com to get the status of your order. Our system also sends a "ship confirmation email" out as soon as it ships from our warehouse with a tracking number that you can click on to get the status of your order and when it will arrive.
Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?
A: For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 2-5 business days. Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses.
