Padding is awesome. My *** is happy. Bib very snug.
I needed new bibs and saw Eliel being used and talked up in a YouTube video. Did some research and decided to give them a try. The quality and craftsmanship are incredible. The fabric is soft yet durable. The fit is great , it really does feel like a second skin .I ordered the longer inseam and it is a little different feel than what I'm use to,but still great. The price is competitive to other brands, but what I think separates them from others is they are not mass-produced like the others. Not sure about purchasing a pair, just do it. They won't disappoint.
Your clothing has been the most consistent and comfortable. I only buy your product for these reasons as well as the durability, and simple solid colors you offer. Keep up the good work!
These shorts fit really well. I've been having trouble with newer generations of bib shorts that experiment heavily with stitch patterns. I always find that over time on a long ride or (if you live in a cold region like myself) on un-naturally static trainer rides, the stitching tends to create uneven pull/friction that actually ripples down to how the chamois sits underneath. Often causing sores. Where other shorts resort to this as a way of compensating for less durable materials, these shorts are made of really fantastic stuff. They're substantial but breathe, and I can feel their longevity. The "compression" effect people look for is in the stability of the weave of the material itself, not the stitching. These feel good. They sit in place where they need to, and let my body move where it has to. And they look dope. I'm still hoping Eliel comes back with some of that California-emblem wear. I missed the boat on it.
Ordered two pair of Eliel bib shorts. I've ridden many different brands and the Eliel models are well-constructed and comfortable. The big story is the chamois. No rubbing, no pinching, no saddle sores!
